Covid19 Policy 

​

During all this pandemic times we are doing our best to keep you safe, but we need your help also...

 

1. Please DO NOT attend your appointment and inform "Lash and Brow Professional" as soon as possible if you are displaying any symptom related with Covid19 (high temperature, a new continuous cough, lost or change to your sense of smell or taste) or you displayed them in the last two weeks before appointment/training.

2. Phones must be kept in your personal bag all the time.

3. Please avoid using salon's restroom unless is really necessary.

4. No guests accepted with you (kids, partner, friends, etc).

5. Please sanitise your hand with the hand sanitiser provided by salon.

6. Please wear mask (cover mouth and nose) from the entrance of salon. If you don't have any , it can be purchased from us.

7. Please bring your own bottle. Because of health and safety reasons, no drinks or sweets are provided by us.

8. Please bring your own blanket. Because of lash adhesive we must respect rooms conditions, which mean in the room the temperature might not be over 22 Celsius degrees. Because of Covid19 we no longer provide blanket, but feel free to bring yours with you.

9. Please BE ON TIME to your appointment. By all means do not come earlier or later than your set time for your appointment. We are making sure is enough time between clients to disinfect the working area and all the surfaces has been touched by previous client.

10. Your name, address and phone number will be stored in purpose of booking appointment, according with General Data Protection. Your information will be shared only with local/national authorities in relation with Covid19 track and trace, but not with another 3rd party company. 

Cancellation Policy & No-show

​

We have a 48 hours cancellation policy - we request that you kindly notify us (via email, text message, cancel the appointment through booking system app or call) of your cancellation at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so or not showing to your appointment will result in a late cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment which will be charged automatically by our booking system. By booking your appointment you are fully aware of the treatment cost

Late arrivals

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Being late more than 10 minutes will result in appointment cancellation and a late cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment which will be charged automatically by our booking system.

Deposit for trainings 

​

A deposit of 200£ from the training price is required when booking a training. The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. Deposit can be transferred for another training or another date only if the change is requested minimum 2 weeks before the initial training date.

Full payment must be paid 2 weeks (14 days) prior the training date. In case you are eligible for a refund, the deposit will be transferred within 14 days.

Attending the appointment

 

Please remove all make-up around your eye area prior to the appointment and do not apply any creams/oils around your eyes/brows on the appointment day.

Don’t drink alcohol, coffee and energy drinks 8 hours before the procedure.

Always inform the therapist if you are taking any strong medicine.

Do not fake tan, tan and avoid extensive sun exposure three days before the procedure. For brow treatments is required that no other brow treatment which involve chemical substances (e.g. dying, brow lamination, henna brow) has been done in the last 3-4 weeks.

 For Eyelash Extension treatment is required that no form of lash perm/tint has been done in last week prior the appointment.

Attending the training 

​

We recommend a smart/casual outfit during the training day as photos/videos will be taken. 

If you are wearing glasses, make sure you don't forget them on training day! A good clear vision is required in order to attend the practical part of the training.

For health and safety reasons, we won't accept any students which on training day come under influence of alcohol or drugs.

If you are taking any strong medicine please confirm with your GP (in writing)  if you are able to attend the training and provide the evidence to "Lash and Brow Professional".

During the training day, the phone must be kept on silent

Lash and Brow Professional Guarantee

 

Lash and Brow Professional or the therapist performing the treatment guarantees that, the treatment or practical part of training has been done using sterile or disinfected tools, the skin and hands have been disinfected prior to the treatment.All the products used are of high quality, do not contain illegal quantities of substances and are not highly allergenic. All products used are Cruelty-Free and they are Vegan . Some products are Halal Friendly, Low PPD, Latex Free, Formaldehyde-Free, Gluten-Free, Ammonia-Free, Paraben-Free;

General Data Protection Regulation

The data captured by Lash and Brow Professional is to ensure the therapist can safely perform treatments on you and/or contact you regarding your appointments/training. The data will be stored in compliance to the General Data Protection Regulation and kept for 7 years in line with Lash and Brow Professional and the therapist legal obligation. The data will only be shared with local/national authorities on them request relating only with Covid19 track and trace, but it won't be shared with any 3rd party company. You can request to opt out and withdraw consent at any time by writing to Lash and Brow Professional or to therapist however Lash and Brow Professional or the therapist will no longer be able to perform treatments on you. 

Any photos or videos taken during the treatments, are for Lash and Brow Professional record only. Lash and Brow Professional or the therapist will use photos or videos on Website, Social Media platforms or any other platforms only with your written consent .
